This class is designed to guide you out of your head and back into your heart—one breath, one posture, one quiet moment at a time.
We begin with nourishing yin shapes & move into a flow to create space in the joints and clear tension in the body. Then we soften into restorative postures that calm the nervous system and invite a sense of ease. Class closes with a guided yoga nidra, allowing you to drop into a state of deep rest, inner clarity, and spiritual renewal.
