Build confidence moving through a power flow while glowing paint and sticks illuminate the room. Expect powerful music, elevated energy and a playful, freeing atmosphere that reminds you movement can be both transformative and fun.

Full Body Prayer is a deeply intentional practice that weaves together the grounding stillness of yin, the gentle strength of flow, the soothing release of restorative, and the spacious surrender of yoga nidra. This class is designed to guide you out of your head and back into your heart—one breath, one posture, one quiet moment at a time.

We begin with nourishing yin shapes & move into a flow to create space in the joints and clear tension in the body. Then we soften into restorative postures that calm the nervous system and invite a sense of ease. Class closes with a guided yoga nidra, allowing you to drop into a state of deep rest, inner clarity, and spiritual renewal.

Full Body Prayer is your time to reconnect, release, and remember what matters.
