Let's manifest it together in this 2 part workshop!

Join Lisanne for 2 evenings of intention, attraction, and SOUL. At our first meeting, we will select inspiring images, words, and phrases from magazines. We will meet the following week to create our SOUL vision for Spring, Summer and Beyond. All materials will be provided. Please bring anything specific to your vision.

We are celebrating the arrival of Spring with our own Yoga Mala!

A Yoga Mala is the ancient yogic tradition of completing 108 Sun Salutations. A Sun Salutation, or Surya Namaskar, is a series of poses, linking breath to movement, that warm, align & strengthen the entire body. 

Each participant of our Yoga Mala will go home with their own commerative 108 bead Yoga Mala for wear as a necklace, bracelet or in the manner of your choosing.
