A quiet space to slow down and soften. SOUL Hold is a gentle yin practice where we settle into poses for several minutes, giving the body time to open slowly and the nervous system a chance to truly unwind.
Throughout class, Lisanne offers optional hands-on assists to help you relax more deeply into each shape. These supportive touches, along with gentle Reiki offered during the practice, create a space where the body can feel held, safe, and able to release.
This is a softer kind of practice—unhurried, grounding, and deeply nourishing. A place to pause, breathe, and simply stay awhile.
Space will be limited so each student can receive hands-on support. Advance sign-up is encouraged.

Full Body Prayer is a deeply intentional practice that weaves together the grounding stillness of yin, the gentle strength of flow, the soothing release of restorative, and the spacious surrender of yoga nidra. This class is designed to guide you out of your head and back into your heart—one breath, one posture, one quiet moment at a time.
We begin with nourishing yin shapes & move into a flow to create space in the joints and clear tension in the body. Then we soften into restorative postures that calm the nervous system and invite a sense of ease. Class closes with a guided yoga nidra, allowing you to drop into a state of deep rest, inner clarity, and spiritual renewal.
Full Body Prayer is your time to reconnect, release, and remember what matters.

Who’s ready for 80s SOUL Boot Camp? Turn it up and throw it back with PSYs own rendition of Jane Fonda & Richard Simmons. This high-energy boot camp blends strength, cardio, and a whole lot of SOUL—set to your favorite 80s hits that keep you moving from start to finish.
Expect a mix of intervals, bodyweight work, and bursts of intensity designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling powerful. It’s challenging, a little nostalgic, and a lot of fun.
