SOUL Summit is calling… and this is your invitation to step away from the noise for a morning & do something that feels really good for your SOUL.
We’re heading to Pawtuckaway State Park where Lily will guide us along the South Mountain Loop, a beautiful trail winding through hardwood forest, rocky ledges & some seriously incredible glacial boulders. The hike to the summit is about 1.5 miles with gradual elevation, making this less about powering through & more about slowing down enough to actually enjoy where you are. We’ll breathe fresh air, move together & take in all the beauty around us along the way.
Once we reach the top, we’ll settle in with snacks (provided), views & a SOULful yoga practice led by Lisanne overlooking Pawtuckaway Lake & the rolling hills of southern New Hampshire.
There’s something really special about moving your body outside before the heat of the day, before the notifications, before the rush of everything else kicks in. Just good people, fresh air, movement, laughter & the reminder that sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is simply step outside & reconnect.
