SOUL Boot Camp is a high energy, fun challenge that combines the principles of our traditional SOUL yoga practice with the intensity and structure of a boot camp workout. It focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of intense and often challenging poses and sequences to improve functional fitness, balance, mobility, and enhance stress reduction and heart health.

Join Lisanne on Sunday, September 7th at 4p for a peaceful afternoon on the water as we paddle into the magic of the Full Corn Moon.
We’ll begin with a gentle paddle, letting our breath sync with the rhythm of our strokes, as golden light dances across the surface. Once we arrive at a peaceful floating spot, we’ll transition into a guided meditation designed to ground, center, and align with the abundant energy of the Full Corn Moon—a time traditionally linked to harvest, gratitude, and preparation for change. Whether you come seeking stillness, clarity, or a deeper sense of connection, this experience offers a soft space to receive.
All levels welcome; no prior paddle or meditation experience needed. Let the water carry what no longer serves you. Let the moon remind you of your fullness.

I used to think yoga was just about the poses. I’d roll out my mat, stretch, sweat, breathe — and don’t get me wrong, I loved it. But something was missing. I craved depth and meaning. I craved integration. That’s when I discovered the 8 limbs of yoga — not just movements, but a complete roadmap for living with more clarity, compassion, and purpose. And honestly? It changed everything.
This 6-week program was born from that transformation. It’s not about being perfect or "doing yoga right" — it’s about living yoga in a real, grounded, accessible way.
Each week, we’ll explore two limbs together:
-The Yamas & Niyamas: ethical principles that gently reshape how we relate to ourselves and others
-Asana & Pranayama: movement and breath as tools for strength, presence, and peace
-Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana & Samadhi: practices for turning inward, focusing the mind, and connecting to something greater
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know Sanskrit. You just need curiosity and a willingness to grow.
