“Yoga is my Self. I began practicing 10 years ago for the physical aspect of yoga. As the years went on, I found myself diving deeper and deeper into my practice, eventually connecting my body, mind, and spirit. My mat is a safe haven, a place I go for clarity and guidance. Once I roll up my mat at the end of each class, my real work begins. I am truly proud and blessed to be a part of a community – a family – that embodies love, truth, and acceptance.”
